Inform the user of the Fee
User creates RMA with DJI and uses Sentera as the Shipping Address
User sends DJI RMA instructions, Shipping Label and Proof of Purchase by email to Sentera
Sentera to create an internal RMA and will collect the serial number of the aircraft, RC, Sensor the current state of the drone and why it is going in for service.
The user will ship drone to Sentera.
Sentera will remove the Equipment and send off to DJI.
DJI will send back to Sentera
Sentera will Re-Install the equipment and test fly the unit.
Sentera will ship via ground to the user in the US, if outside of the US there may be additional fees for shipping.
