If requested by Sentera Customer Support to download flight log files from an Omni Aircraft, follow the steps outlined below.

Necessary Items:

- Omni w/ Batteries

- DJI Hand Controller (White)

- Computer (Desktop or Laptop)

- Mobile device w/ DJI Go installed

- 2 USB Cables (1 mobile device <-> DJI Controller, 1 Omni micro USB port <-> Computer)

Step 1: Connect the Omni to a computer as shown below. 

Step 2: Connect Mobile device to DJI Hand Controller.

Step 3: Power all devices (Omni, Computer, Mobile Device, DJI Hand controller)

Step 4: Launch DJI GO on the mobile device and select the drone graphic at the top of the screen

Step 5: Scroll to the bottom of the screen and select "Advanced Settings"

Step 6: Scroll to the bottom of the screen and select "Enter Flight Data Mode"

Step 7: The aircraft will now be in flight data mode and files will be accessible with the computer. Select "OK" and leave the aircraft powered ON.

Step 8: The flight log files may pop right up on the computer, but if not, launch the file browser on your computer.

Select "DJI FLY LOG (D:)"

Step 9: You should see something similar to the file list below, with all files following the naming structure FLY###.DAT.

Step 10: Use web service of choice to send files to Sentera (Google Drive, pCloud, Dropbox, etc.)
